Repeat Prescriptions

You can drop in your repeat form in at the surgery or put your request in via your own pharmacy.

We will also accept them by email to the surgery on

Alternatively you can register for our online services and order via the ink at the top of this page.

It is no longer acceptable to ask the receptionist to take these requests over the phone so please do not embarrass them by asking.

We would advise all patients to plan their repeat request well in advance as repeat medication requests take 48 hours to be turned around. Whilst this may seem like a long time, it is actually a really tight time frame as time is required for every prescription to be checked and reauthorised by the doctor.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
